The 2025 Jubilee is centered on the theme “Pilgrims of Hope.” The Jubilee began on Christmas Eve when Pope Francis opened the Holy Door of St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, which will remain open until the Epiphany in 2026. The Holy Door at the entrance of Holy Cross was made its likeness and image by the grade 5 class. The doors consist of sixteen panels, visually representing the story of God’s salvation and forgiveness. Jesus said, “Truly, I am the door; if any one enters by me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” John 10: 7-10.
